Everspin Supplies Hacking Prevention Solution 'Eversafe' to Kyobo Book Centre

AI security company Everspin (CEO Young-bin Ha) announced that its hacking prevention solution 'EVERSAFE' has been implemented by Kyobo Book Centre. Amid a series of personal information leak accidents at large corporations, it is now possible to further strengthen customer info security as a proactive measure against hacking. Recently, a large-scale personal info leak accident caused by a credential stuffing attack occurred at a major retail company. Credential stuffing is a hacking tactic where hackers use automated bots to attempt logins using account info leaked from other sites, stealing personal info after successful login, and it is a type of cyberattack that has been surging recently. Eversafe is based on MTD (Moving Target Defense) technology, which holds 33 patents worldwide. In MTD technology, security modules change continuously, making it nearly impossible for hackers to succeed in an attack even if they try to analyze the system. MTD is an innovative security concept first proposed by the Obama administration in 2009, but due to technical difficulty, actual implementation remains below 5% to date. Everspin successfully commercialized this through Eversafe and established it in the domestic financial market. Eversafe has detected over 40 million cases of data scraping over the past two years and provides a wide range of web hacking security functions such as web source code protection, macro prevention, and zero-day filtering.
